How it Works
Introductory phone call. All programs start with a 15 minute phone call where we create a tutoring plan tailored to your student.
1:1 tutoring sessions. Whether in-person or online, students can get help with homework, review for exams, or even work on a personalized curriculum.
Student-paced learning. Not every student learns the same way or at the same pace, so we help with acceleration and remediation.
Summer is the perfect time to strengthen your foundations or prepare for upcoming challenges.

In-Person Tutoring. More than Math AZ is based in Tucson, Arizona. We offer both online tutoring and private in-person math tutoring for local students.
Online Tutoring. For students outside Tucson, we offer private online math tutoring through Zoom.

We tutor all levels of math, from elementary through graduate school, but we specialize in Algebra I & II and Differential and Integral Calculus. Some of our most popular subjects are:

Both! We offer in-person tutoring to students located in Tucson, Arizona and online tutoring through zoom.
For remedial or accelerated students, we work hard to provide custom learning materials, and this difference is reflected in pricing. Other students bring their own materials (homework, exam reviews, etc.), which we supplement with free online resources. Our favorites are Khan Academy and Paul’s Online Math Notes.
We ask students to give 24 hr. notice if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. No shows or late cancellations may be charged in full. However, we work hard to stay flexible and do our best to accommodate last minute schedule changes.
